Procedural Ultrasound

Synopsis

This module presents the use of ultrasound in procedures.

Upon completion of the module, participants should have a solid understanding of the principles of procedural ultrasound and some of the commonly used sonography techniques.

Audience

This module on ultrasound in procedures was developed by Dr. Chris Moore, Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine. Chris Moore is fellowship trained in emergency ultrasound. He founded and directs the Section of Emergency Ultrasound at Yale.
