This module presents Artifacts in Ultrasound.

Upon completion of the module, participants should have a foundational understanding of artifacts found in ultrasound.


This module is suitable for all healthcare professionals but particularly for emergency department staff.

This Artifacts in Ultrasound module was created by Dr. Chris Moore, Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Moore is fellowship trained in emergency ultrasound. He founded and continues to direct the Section of Emergency Ultrasound at Yale.
